ABOUT PAM

Styling clothing and accessories is my art form. My unique approach to styling is based on the principles of design. Our bodies are our canvas and clothing and accessories are the medium.  We can use them selectively to create our image and communicate nonverbally about who we are. These design principles can be followed to help highlight parts of ourselves that we like and visually alter or de-emphasize other parts.

I believe style is more important than fashion. It’s how you put your outfits together that gives you style. Just wearing the latest trends and/or expensive brands doesn’t necessarily mean you have style.

I also believe in being eco conscious. Therefore, I try to reuse and recycle as much as possible.

My fashion background includes working as a fashion and wardrobe stylist for photos, tv and film; a personal stylist for individuals; visual merchandiser; and a retail buyer. I’ve also owned 2 women’s boutiques.

I’ve produced fashion-related productions including a TV series,  2 TV pilots made for the Style Network, a fashion podcast, a web program, an online course, live fashion shows, and wardrobe seminars.

I hope my fashion tips and how-to information help create the image you want to represent to the world and make you feel beautiful and uniquely you!
